Subcode description
When P-PLC instruction was
executed, there was not
PLCSTPON instruction or
PLCSTPOF instruction.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. Check whether the PLCSTPON and PLCSTPOF instructions have been registered. If not registered, register the PLCSTPON instruction and the PLCSTPOF instruction. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
