[Cause]
During plate thickness check calibration, the gun deflection measured at an applied force of 0kgf exceeded $SGTHKSET#.$MAX_D0BIAS in the opening direction. Deflection at an applied force of 0kgf is near 0mm, so the gun mastering position is considered incorrect.
[Countermeasure]
1. Master the gun. Execute the wear measurement macro program (TW_UPDAT or WR_UPDAT). If wear compensation has not been performed, perform mastering on the gun mastering screen.
2. Perform thickness check calibration again.
3. Increase $SGTHKSET#.$MAX_D0BIAS (standard value: 1.0mm).
