[Cause]
An error occurred while sending instructions to the wire feeding equipment.
[Countermeasure]
Take the following countermeasures:
1. On the welding equipment setup screen, check that the configured wire-feed start speed is not at the upper or lower limit. To see the lower and upper limits, enter "0" for the wire-feed start speed and press "ENTER". The limits appear in parentheses on the line below, as in "Invalid real number (76.000, 999.000)". If the setting is at the lower limit, increase it slightly.
2. Check the alarm history screen for other alarms that occurred at the same time. If there are any, first take the countermeasures for those alarms and check whether ARC-093 is resolved.
3. Perform wire feeding and welding after establishing communication with the welding power source. If communication cannot be established, take the countermeasures described for ARC-045.
4. Check the LED on the welding power source to determine whether it has an alarm. If it does, check the alarm number and the value in the parentheses of ARC-093.
5. In addition to countermeasure 4 above, before performing other operations (power-off and jogging operations) after this alarm occurs, use the abnormal-condition recording function ("Abnormal Condition Record" in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If the abnormal-condition recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps leading up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
