[Cause]
Torque deviation during probing motion is greater than during calibration. The number in the latter part of the message indicates the probing motion stage (1=upper surface detection, 2=lower surface detection). Causes are:
1. The gun's mechanical characteristics have changed.
2. The orientation during probing differs from the calibration orientation.
3. The gun opening amount at the start of probing is larger than during calibration.
[Countermeasure]
1. Perform calibration again.
2. If the message is still output after the above countermeasure, increase the system variable SGSYSTCH.$P0TRQALMMGN.
