[Cause]
An error in the PMC program or incorrect PMC assignment settings prevented the PMC program from executing at power-on.
[Countermeasure]
Check the alarm history for other alarms indicating why the PMC program cannot be executed. Refer to the corresponding alarm entry in this manual and take its countermeasures. If $ER_NOHIS is set to 0, warnings are not displayed in the alarm history. Set $ER_NOHIS to 0, then check the alarm history.
