The robot timed out while waiting for a response to a PC sharing request.
[Countermeasure]
Check that the PC is connected correctly to the network and that PING succeeds over the network. Check that the PC sharing client tag is configured correctly. Is the location to be accessed on the PC configured as a shared location? The timeout can be changed using a system variable. If the PC runs slowly, set an appropriate timeout in seconds in $SMB_CLNT[X].$RSPTMOUT, then restart the controller.
