Subcode: setting-file number & control-group number & alarm type.
Alarm types:
1: all tool-change monitoring files are disabled
2: a mismatch was detected between the selected tool-file number and the monitored tool-file number
3: multiple tool-change monitoring files are enabled
4: no monitored tool model (tool-interference file) is set
Causes and remedies

| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the following settings. • Check that the tool change monitoring file indicated by the subcode is correctly configured. • Check that only 1 tool change monitoring files are enabled. • Make the tool file number selected for the robot in the control group indicated by the subcode match the monitored tool file number. • Check that the tool model (tool interference file) is correctly configured for the robot in the control group indicated by the subcode. |
