A variable value was modified or a new variable was created while the program was running.

Check whether variables in any program have been modified or created while the program is running.
Solution:
Pause the program before modifying variable values or creating variables.
Case sharing:
While running project0/program0, open project1/program1, modify the value of any variable in that program or create any variable parameter, and click Save; error 4007 is then reported.
