Cause:

The value of port in IO.xml is 0 or less than -1.

Troubleshooting:

On the IO signal configuration screen, check for IO variables with a port number of 0 or garbled characters.

Solution:

1. Change abnormal IO port numbers to normal values.
2. Contact after-sales support to analyze the cause of the error.
