Description
In drive module arg, drive unit at unit position arg has a severely excessive DC link voltage.
Consequences
No action can be taken until this error is corrected. The system enters a "motor off" state with zero torque.
High Voltage Warning: When the system is powered off, the DC link will discharge very slowly (approximately 1 hours).
Possible causes
- Bleeder resistor not connected or defective.
- The user program may contain too many manipulator axis reductions. This failure is more likely to occur if the system is equipped with additional axes.
Recommended actions
A high voltage warning may be present.
- Please ensure that the bleeder resistor cable is correctly connected to the rectifier unit.
- Disconnect the bleeder resistor, check the cable and measure the bleeder resistor value. The expected resistor value should be approximately ohm.
- Rewrite the user program to reduce the number of emergency decelerations.
