Disconnection of the regenerative resistor cable and failure of the regenerative transistor are suspected.

| Cause | Remedy |

| Cable (abnormal) | Check the regenerative resistor wiring connections. |
| Servo unit (overload) | Check that the applied load does not exceed the allowable range. |
| Servo unit (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the servo unit. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
