Category: Alarm
Cause
Dynamic braking power overload
- Braking resistor wiring incorrect or making poor contact;
- When using the built-in resistor, the default jumper wire may have become disconnected;
- Insufficient braking resistor capacity;
- Excessive braking resistor resistance causes prolonged braking;
- Input voltage exceeds specifications;
- Braking resistor resistance, capacity, or thermal time constant set incorrectly;
- Servo drive fault
Corrective action
- Check whether the braking resistor wiring is normal;
- Check whether the built-in resistor wiring is normal;
- Increase the braking resistor capacity;
- Reduce the braking resistor resistance;
- Reduce the input voltage;
- Set appropriate parameters according to specifications;
- Replace the servo drive
