[Cause]
The temperature inside the pulse encoder became abnormally high and the built-in thermostat was activated. The number in parentheses indicates the tracking encoder number.
[Countermeasures]
If the alarm still occurs even when the motor is sufficiently cooled and the power is turned on, refer to the countermeasures in SRVO-067.
