[Cause]
The increase in the moving-side electrode tip wear error exceeds the set amount.
[Countermeasure]
Chips or other foreign matter may be adhering to the moving-side electrode tip. Check the electrode tip condition. Remove adhering matter, then measure wear again. When measuring with a wear measurement macro after installing a new electrode tip, set the new electrode tip flag in the measurement macro and measure wear. If no matter is adhering to the tip and this error still occurs after installing a new tip, correctly setting the new electrode tip flag, and measuring wear, check whether the gun measurement motions (closing in air and contacting the fixture) were performed correctly. If the moving-side tip is not firmly contacting the fixed-side tip or fixture, gun sliding friction may have increased. Determine the cause of the increased gun sliding friction. When gun friction changes, perform gun automatic tuning and force adjustment again.
