Corrective action

- Increase the setting of parameter 0x20A0 appropriately
- Check the encoder cable connection and ensure that it is secure
- Strengthen interference suppression for the encoder cable, for example by adding ferrite cores, using shielded twisted-pair cables, and ensuring reliable grounding
