Description
The configured adapter arg with address arg does not actually exist on the Ethernet/IP network.
Consequences
The adapter or the I/O signal on the adapter cannot be accessed because the device is not currently communicating with the controller.

The adapter does not actually exist.
Adapter address is wrong.
Adapter failure.
Recommended actions
- Check to make sure the adapter is physically present on the Ethernet/IP network and has the correct address.
- If the address has been modified, please restart the controller.
