Motor ON status signal interrupted and OFF. (Servo board XX) (MCXX) (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: Although motor power is ON in the AS software and no other errors are detected, the motor ON signal sent from the power supply unit to the servo board does not turn ON, or the signal stops.

Main causes:

1. The power supply unit control board is faulty.

2. A problem with the servo board.

3. The circuit between the power supply unit and the servo board has an open circuit.

4. Poor connection of the X301 connector on the power supply unit control board.

Countermeasures:

1. Replace the power supply unit control board.

2. Replace the servo board.

3. Check the harness between the power supply unit control board (X304) and the servo board (X503).

4. Check the X301 connector for poor connection.
