SERVO Setting not to use FL-net security function

[Cause]

There is a temporary breakaway node in the safety function based on FL-net.

[Countermeasure]

This alarm occurs at power-on to draw the user's attention and can be cleared by a reset. To prevent this alarm at power-on, change the node set to ‘Disconnected’ to ‘Participating’.
