Cause:
The length, width, height, or radius parameter of a Cartesian workspace is 0.
Troubleshooting:
The error source for this error shows the name of the workspace with incorrect parameters. Check that workspace's data on the Cartesian workspace configuration screen, and check whether length, width, height, or radius is 0.
Solution:
Contact after-sales personnel, copy all files from the controller ftp, and send them to after-sales personnel.
