[Cause]
The DC voltage of the main-circuit power supply (DC link voltage) is abnormally high. The numbers in parentheses indicate the motion group number and the axis number within the group. The alarm is displayed for axes 1 and 2, or axes 1, 2, and 3, of the 6-axis amplifier.
[Countermeasure]
Take corresponding countermeasures according to the "Troubleshooting based on alarm code" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used.
