Cause analysis: 1. Motor ambient temperature is too high; 2. The motor is operating with a load exceeding its rating; 3. Encoder fault; 4. Drive fault;
Remedy:

Adjust the motor ambient temperature to 40℃ or below.

Reduce the motor load to within the rated value before operating again.

Replace the motor.
