Cause:
A new program is created on the screen, edited, and saved, but the program is not saved in the controller.
Troubleshooting:
Check whether the corresponding program exists in the controller ftp.
Solution:
Contact after-sales support, copy the files from the controller, and send them to after-sales personnel.
