Description
An internal control error occurred at execution of the SHIFT instruction.
Subcode description
When translating the tool at Euler angles of +/-90 degrees, a translation amount was also set for an axis other than the Y-axis.
Causes and remedies

| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
