Category: Alarm
Cause
- Supply voltage exceeds the permitted range, AC280V;
- Braking resistor open circuit or mismatch prevents absorption of regenerative energy;
- Load inertia exceeds the permitted range;
- Drive damaged
Corrective action
- Apply voltage within the correct range;
- Check whether an external resistor is connected. Measure its resistance to determine whether it is open-circuited, and ensure correct wiring. If the resistor has burned out, replacement with a higher-power external resistor is recommended (contact the manufacturer for advice);
- Increase acceleration/deceleration time or select an appropriate drive and motor again according to the load inertia
