Cause:
- Error 1004 is reported during motion-statement initialization because the axis 2 position of the target point on the error line exceeds its limit.
- Error 1004 is reported while the robot is running because robot axis 2 has moved to its limit position.
Troubleshooting:
For 1, check whether axis 2 at the motion statement's target point exceeds the limit.
For 2, check whether the axis 2 position on the robot position screen exceeds the limit when the error occurs.
Solution:
Modify the points.
