Causes and remedies

| Arc welding power supply (abnormal) | 1. Check that the correct motor is selected and check the C parameter C09 settings. 2. Check whether the welding wire is slipping and is being fed according to the wire-feed instruction. 3. Check whether the wire stick-out is too short or too long. 4. Check whether the setting range C29 is too small. 5. Check whether the welding wire, shielding gas, welding method, ground cable, or other settings are incorrect. |
