| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the following settings. • Set the correct weight information in the tool file. (Is the weight set to W, or is one of the center-of-gravity positions set to Xg, Yg, or Zg?) • Reduce the speed of the step at which the alarm occurs. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
