Error Solution

Do one of the following: - Define the required number in the pallet setting screen. - Check the parameter or execution order specified in the SPEL command. Targets are the commands corresponding to the function name and row number in the system history. See the reference manual for correction instructions. - Restore the backup file that was operating correctly. - Update the controller firmware with the update tool. - If this error occurs repeatedly, contact us.
