[Cause]
The robot's DP slave parameter data does not match the robot's DP slave parameter data set by the DP master. When this alarm occurs, the BUS FAULT LED on the PROFIBUS slave circuit board lights up.
[Countermeasure]
Correct the robot's parameter data (refer to the PROFIBUS function operator's manual). After the correct data is set, the BUS FAULT LED turns off and the RUN LED lights up.
