The I/O device module settings are abnormal. For example, slot number=0 cannot be used with V2.6 firmware.
[Countermeasure]
Check the alarm message occurring together with this alarm to identify the abnormal setting. For example, on the I/O device module list/detail interface, reassign the slot numbers so that they start at 1, then turn the controller power off and on again.
