Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: main circuit voltage exceeds the specified voltage.
- Main circuit input voltage exceeds the rated permitted voltage.
- Incorrect power input (incorrect supply system).
- Drive hardware fault.
- Incorrect regenerative resistor selection or no external regenerative resistor connected.
Corrective action
- Use a voltmeter to check whether the main circuit input voltage is within the rated permitted range (see Appendix A specifications). If it exceeds the setting, use the correct voltage source or connect a voltage regulator in series. Use a voltmeter to check whether the supply system matches the specifications; if not, use the correct voltage source or connect a transformer in series.
- If the error persists while a voltmeter confirms that main circuit input voltage is within the rated permitted range, return the unit to the dealer or original manufacturer for inspection and repair.
- Verify the regenerative resistor connection, recalculate its resistance, and correctly reset parameters P1.052 and P1.053. Reset the alarm.
