[Cause]
Currently, welding is disabled due to the following reasons.
1. In single step state.
2. The machine is locked.
3. is in dry running state.
4. None I/O board.
5. Not yet soldered I/O assigned.
6. In the Flush AMR state.
7. In the application command disabled state (system internal function).
8. In arc disabled state.
9. In the Skip weld state. (system internal function)
10. In the disabled state caused by the debugging function (AWDBG).
[Countermeasures]
To perform welding, eliminate the reasons that cause welding to be disabled.
