This occurs when executing X_SETCMT. A nonexistent string register number was specified as the argument.

[Countermeasure]

Specify an existing string register number as the argument.
Example: String register[1] = ‘MC:\CP_0000.CSV’, and specify the string register number containing the filename, such as calling the register
X_SETCMT(1)。
