Description
I/O The queue processing transfer signal changes has been overloaded.
Consequences
The system will enter the "System Stop" state.
Possible causes
This is caused by too frequent signal changes or an excessively large burst of input bit changes, typically produced by the input to the I/O device.
Recommended actions
- Check the transmission definition for the I/O signal. Signal definitions are given in the system parameter manual.
- Check the input frequency of any external device (connected to the system). Make sure there are no exceptions and make changes if necessary.
- If extremely heavy I/O loads occur under normal circumstances and are necessary, check to see if a delay programmed into the RAPID application can resolve the issue.
