Causes and remedies

| Software (incorrect setting) | The SETPRM instruction cannot change parameters other than cube-related parameters. Change the tag setting specifying the parameter number in the SETPRM instruction. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
