The number of DSP on the axis control card is insufficient. Numbers in parentheses indicate alarm diagnostic information.
[Countermeasure]
1. Confirm whether the axis setting (FSSB path number) is correct.
2. Replace the axis control card with the required DSP number installed.
3. Add additional axis plate.
