Description
Communication error occurred in the I/O module.
Subcode description
Bits indicate the slots with communication errors (communication station numbers of IO modules connected to the serial bus). 0: normal / 1: abnormal.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Cable (abnormal) | Check the following insertion/connections. • MⅡ communication cable of the IO module for the corresponding station number • Terminating resistor (at the final station of MⅡ communication) • 24V power supply for the corresponding IO module |
| IO module (abnormal) | Replace the IO module at the corresponding station number. |
| IO module (power supply abnormal) | Replace the 24V power supply that supplies the IO module at the corresponding station number. |
| AIF01 board failure | Save the CMOS.BIN file. After replacing the AIF01 board, load the saved CMOS.BIN file. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
