Cause

1. For a 200V servo unit, AC supply voltage is 140V or below; for a 400V servo unit, AC supply voltage is 280V or below.
2. Supply voltage drops during operation
3. A momentary power interruption occurs.
4. The servo unit fuse is blown.
5. Servo unit fault.

Corrective action

1. Adjust supply voltage to the normal range.
2. Increase power supply capacity.
3. If the momentary power interruption hold time (Pn509) was changed, set it to a smaller value.
4. Replace the servo unit, connect a reactor, and then use the servo unit.
5. The servo unit may be faulty. Replace it.
