[MCXX] Contact status signals in the safety circuit do not match. (Servo board XX) (Code: XX) (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: On the power supply unit control board (1VH), the independent power cutoff contact states connected to connector X301 do not match between safety circuits 1 and 2.

Main causes:

1. There is a problem with the wiring to connector X301 on the power supply unit control board (1VH) (such as only the first contact being connected), or there is a contact problem.

2. The power supply unit control board is faulty.

Countermeasures:

1. Check the wiring or connection of the X301 connector.

2. Replace the power supply unit control board.

Reference: Select <Display 1> → → <Safety Circuit Monitor 2> on the teach pendant screen to check the safety circuit status. For details of safety circuit input monitoring, refer to the Operation Manual.

[NOTE]

1. This error does not occur if the safety circuit is configured as a single circuit.
2. This error can be reset only when the single and double circuits are both open (OFF) at the same time. If either circuit is closed, the error cannot be reset.
