[Cause]
The fan motor on the rear panel is abnormal. Numbers in parentheses indicate fan location. (1): Fan on the motherboard (slot 1) (2): Fan on the option slot (slot 2,3) (3): Fan on both of the above
[Countermeasure]
1. Check the fan motor and connecting cable, and replace them if any abnormalities are found.
2. Replace rear panel unit. Before implementing countermeasure 3 below, be sure to obtain an image backup of the control unit.
3. Replace the mainboard and restore the obtained image backup. For details, please take appropriate measures according to "Troubleshooting based on alarm codes" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used.
Note: When this alarm occurs, the robot will stop after 1 minutes, and the teach pendant will no longer be able to be operated. When the fan on the rear panel stops rotating, the temperature of CPU will rise. In order to prevent CPU from malfunction or damage, all processing of CPU will be stopped.
