Cause

Condition: calibration value exceeds the permitted value during electrical calibration. Causes:

1. Analog input contacts not correctly zeroed.
2. Detection component damaged.

Corrective action

1. Measure whether the analog input contact voltage level equals ground potential.
2. Power-cycle to check; if the abnormality persists after reset, return the drive to the dealer or original manufacturer for inspection and repair. Remove the CN1 wiring and execute automatic correction to clear.
