Cause:
The data or format in the GDIVariable node in IO.xml under the ConfigureFiles directory in the controller ftp is incorrect.
Troubleshooting:
Go to ftp://192.168.39.220/ConfigureFiles/ and check whether the data and format in the GDIVariable node in IO.xml are correct.
Solution:
Contact after-sales support to modify IO.xml.
