[Cause]
The fuse (FUSE2) on the emergency stop board has blown, or no voltage is supplied to EXT24V. In a system with multiple safety I/O devices, the number of the safety I/O device where the alarm occurred is displayed at the end of the alarm message, as in (1). The safety I/O device number can be checked on the DCS Safety I/O Device interface.
[Countermeasure]
Check whether the fuse (FUSE2) on the emergency stop circuit board has blown. Alternatively, check whether 24V is applied between EXT24V and EXT0V on BOP14(A-cabinet) or TBOP10(B-cabinet). Take the appropriate countermeasures according to ‘Troubleshooting Based on Alarm Codes’ in the controller maintenance manual for the controller being used. (Note: When the fuse on the safety I/O board blows, this message is displayed incorrectly in software earlier than versions 7DC3/43, 7DC2/33 and 7DD0/16 for R-30iB Mate, and earlier than version 7DF1/12 for R-30iB Mate Plus and R-30iB Compact Plus. If this applies, check whether the fuse on the safety I/O board has blown. Also take the countermeasures described under SRVO-219 Safety I/O board fuse blown.)
