Cause

Condition: the error between the speed command and speed feedback exceeds the permitted setting (P2.034). Causes:

1. Speed input command changes too abruptly.
2. Speed control error warning condition (P2.034) set inappropriately.
3. U, V, W and motor encoder wiring incorrect.

Corrective action

1. Use a signal tester to check the analog input voltage signal for abnormalities; adjust the input signal rate of change or enable filtering.
2. Check whether the speed control error warning condition parameter (P2.034) is set appropriately.
3. Check whether U, V, W and motor encoder wiring are correct. Reset the alarm.
