[Cause]
The variable file being loaded was created on a system with a different axis configuration. For example, this alarm is issued if, after reinstalling software but before configuring additional axes again, an attempt is made to load a variable file saved on a system with additional axes configured. It also occurs when loading a variable file configured for dual-drive axes after an initialization start.
[Countermeasure]
Check whether the variable file was generated by another controller. If it is the same controller, configure the additional axes and match the axis configuration before loading the variable file. When loading a variable file configured for dual-drive axes after an initialization start, configure the dual-drive axes before loading the variable file.
