[Cause]
The firmware of the teach pendant does not support the wireless acceleration sensor dedicated for learning vibration reduction function or AI trajectory control.
[Countermeasure]
The teach pendant firmware must be updated. If FROM is 64MB or larger, update it using the following procedure. If FROM is smaller than 64MB, contact us.
1. To ensure safety, please confirm that the emergency stop button is pressed and the power to the control device is turned off.
2. Verify that the memory card and USB memory are not inserted into the control unit.
3. Press the [PREV] key and [F→] key of the teaching pendant and turn on the power of the control device at the same time.
4. Select "3. Control Start" after the configuration menu is displayed.
5. After the initial setting interface of the control startup menu is displayed, press the [Auxiliary] key and select "1.Cold start" from the displayed menu.
6. Starts firmware update job. Take a few minutes to complete the update job. Do not cut off the power supply during operation.
