Alarm code A07 indicates .

Cause analysis:

1. Improper electronic gear settings;

2. The commanded pulse frequency is too high;

3. Communication control is affected by interference;

4. Drive fault;

Remedy:

1. The condition for avoiding alarm A07 is: transmitted pulse frequency * electronic gear ratio < 32767*10000

2. The condition for not exceeding the maximum speed is: if the maximum speed is 4500rpm=75r/s, the transmitted pulse frequencyelectronic gear ratio<75motor encoder resolution.

3. In EC bus communication, the drive's electronic gearing is set to 1:1, and the controller sends the electronic gear ratio to the drive through bus communication. Unexpected interference during communication may cause alarm A07. Try replacing the network cable;

4. Try restoring the factory values and resetting the servo parameters;

5. Replace the drive;
