| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If this alarm occurs immediately after loading the cube interference-area settings, take the following measures. 1. In the cube interference areas to be loaded, change the monitored part from "Entire robot" to "Control point" for any area configured to monitor the entire robot. 2. Reload the modified cube interference areas. 3. If the alarm recurs immediately after loading, check the cube interference-area settings again. 3. If the alarm recurs, save CMOS.BIN and report the circumstances (operating procedure, etc.) to our service department. |
