Cause

1. Servo unit capacity does not match servo motor capacity
2. Servo unit fault
3. Outside the parameter setting range
4. The electronic gear ratio setting is outside its setting range

Corrective action

1. Confirm the capacities and combination of the servo unit and servo motor, and match their capacities.
2. The servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
3. Confirm the setting range of the changed parameter and set the changed parameter within that range.
4. Confirm whether the electronic gear ratio satisfies 0.001 ＜ (Pn20E/Pn210) ＜4000, and set the electronic gear ratio to 0.001 ＜ (Pn20E/Pn210) ＜4000.
