Debugging settings in automatic mode

Description

Static/semi-static tasks (alias background tasks) have been stopped.

Consequences

Static/semi-static tasks will not start.
The system does not automatically go into full production mode.

Recommended actions

For full production mode:

1. Switch back to manual mode.
2. Set system parameter Controller/Auto Condition Reset/AllDebugSettings/Reset to Yes (yes).
3. Switch back to automatic mode and confirm.
